This company has retained EG to help reduce call center support
calls for Lotus Notes users. They have huge annual costs for
call center operators and most of these calls were for repetitive
questions. E-learning is now being used to train users so
that they do not immediately call the call center. EG is providing
the LMS, hosting, content and support.
Global Consumer
Products Company. EG has built more than
fifteen courses and is providing LMS, hosting, support and
content management for 6,000 people. In 2002, this corporation
decided to switch platforms from Lotus Notes to Outlook and
EG was hired to accelerate the process of assimilation of
Outlook. Courses have been made on Project Management as well.

sales force effectiveness in the use of these devices. 5,000
sales people trained in blended approach through local bottling

World´s second largest cement producer.
Content has been produced in Spanish and English for a worldwide
audience of 20,000 people. Fifteen hours of content on Cement
Technology. Twelve subject matter experts from all over the
world were involved with the EG instructional design team
in order to deliver this product.

devices and new software and features are introduced on a
monthly basis. Their corporate philosophy is to immediately
convert new material into e-learning content, and EG has been
retained on a month to month basis to convert all this content
in order to increase sales. In addition, EG provides the LMS,
